eryl Rothery is a Canadian actor best known for her role as Dr. Janet Fraiser, in Stargate SG-1. Her other memorable TV roles include the role of Lt. Maggie Weston in Exosquad M.O.M. Carol Bloom, Kyle XY Grace Sherman, and M.O.M. In The Good Doctor. She has appeared in movies like Magic in the Water Whisper in the film The Good Doctor, as well as What an Idiot. A native of British Columbia Rothery had always wanted to be a performer. When she was 13 years old she started singing on stage and was an actress as part of Bye Bye Birdie. In the end, she won the Most Outstanding Performer award was presented to her in recognition of her performance of Annie Get Your Gun by her theatre.
